Liverpool is a great place to visit in terms of shopping and cultural attractions. Some places we discovered were the docks, the Tate art gallery and the Maritime Museum. There are more places that could also be visited such as the cathedral and the Liverpool Museum, but as we only stayed for a day or so, we didn't manage to see everything. If you are looking for city break in the UK, Liverpool is worth considering- we loved it!
